You can escape the hustle and bustle or easily reach one of the many golf courses, the beach or Torrevieja.  The municipality of Benijofar also has a large open air swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts that you as the owner can use. The apartment is also very suitable for permanent residence in a country where the sun almost always shines and the winters are mild.
